Project Management:

  • Manage assigned projects from inception to post-project closure.
  • Create and manage documentation related to the planning processes of the department.
  • Implement processes, procedures, and guidelines defined by the organisational Project Management Office (PMO).
  • Convene project teams, allocate workloads, and schedule delivery.

Reporting and Awareness:

  • Provide regular and accurate reporting to the IT Leadership Team.
  • Maintain awareness of organisational projects that may impact or require IT involvement.

Accountability and Documentation:

  • Accountable for the delivery of effective IT projects with successful outcomes.
  • Provide post-project/closure documentation related to lessons learned and other artefacts.

Financial Management:

  • Track delivery within budget.
