Project Management:
- Manage assigned projects from inception to post-project closure.
- Create and manage documentation related to the planning processes of the department.
- Implement processes, procedures, and guidelines defined by the organisational Project Management Office (PMO).
- Convene project teams, allocate workloads, and schedule delivery.
Reporting and Awareness:
- Provide regular and accurate reporting to the IT Leadership Team.
- Maintain awareness of organisational projects that may impact or require IT involvement.
Accountability and Documentation:
- Accountable for the delivery of effective IT projects with successful outcomes.
- Provide post-project/closure documentation related to lessons learned and other artefacts.
Financial Management:
- Track delivery within budget.
