Job Description

What You’ll Do

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Must have experience in Switch and socket industries.
  • Strong Negotiation and Communication skills with a Positive approach.
  • Knowledge of Costing for various manufacturing processes and commodities.
  • Good management skills.
  • Familiarity with various compliances like ISO, RoHS, Internal audit, and overseas procurement.
  • Experience in wiring device, switch gear, and automobile industry.
  • Supplier evaluation and contract management.
  • On-time development of items and suppliers for pressed parts, machine parts, and molded parts.
  • Knowledge of packaging materials.
  • Ability to identify Saving methods through VA/ VE.
  • Vendor development and rationalization.
  • Vendor assessment, audit, and rating.
  • Coordination with suppliers and internal cross-functional team members.
  • MIS preparation including cost up and price forecasting, cost reduction data, ISO, Monthly KPI management presentation.
  • Manage various internal and external audits.
