Job Description
What You’ll Do
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Must have experience in Switch and socket industries.
- Strong Negotiation and Communication skills with a Positive approach.
- Knowledge of Costing for various manufacturing processes and commodities.
- Good management skills.
- Familiarity with various compliances like ISO, RoHS, Internal audit, and overseas procurement.
- Experience in wiring device, switch gear, and automobile industry.
- Supplier evaluation and contract management.
- On-time development of items and suppliers for pressed parts, machine parts, and molded parts.
- Knowledge of packaging materials.
- Ability to identify Saving methods through VA/ VE.
- Vendor development and rationalization.
- Vendor assessment, audit, and rating.
- Coordination with suppliers and internal cross-functional team members.
- MIS preparation including cost up and price forecasting, cost reduction data, ISO, Monthly KPI management presentation.
- Manage various internal and external audits.
