This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Care Executive at VLCC located in Gurugram. As a Customer Care Executive, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer support and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your day-to-day tasks will include addressing customer queries, resolving complaints, assisting with product recommendations, and promoting sales through effective communication. Outbound calling, telesales, and outbound sales will be involved with a requirement of excellent English communication.
What You’ll Do: The Business Development Executive is responsible for the sales performance and profitability of the Traditional Trade / General Trade Channel within the assigned Territory within a region. They assist the Area Sales Manager (ASM) in delivering the overall regional sales objectives, supervises, fine-tunes, and monitors execution, and takes proactive initiatives to increase sales in accordance with the company’s policies and strategies. They lead and coach the distributor Sales Team in the territory, forming an efficient and effective team that cooperates with all internal and external partners.
